I care passionately about people and their uniqueness. My warm, empathic approach makes people feel at ease and quickly find a path towards growth and healing.

I am an Integrative-Relational Counsellor and Psychotherapist MBACP (Accred). I have experience of working with adults and young people, from all walks of life, both as a counsellor in the NHS at Claremont Medical Centre, Surbiton and in Further Education at Guildford College of Further Education and Farnham Sixth Form. My integrative approach to counselling is Psychodynamic and Humanistic/Transpersonal, also covering Transactional Analysis, Attachment and Loss, Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am an EMDR Europe Part 3 qualified therapist and a member of EMDR Association UK.

 

I have an accessible private practice near Grayshott, Hampshire. I offer short or long-term counselling, face to face, online and telephone. As a member of ACTO I have completed approved training for online and telephone counselling. Online and telephone counselling gives you the opportunity to access therapy via a secure and confidential method which is most convenient and comfortable for you.
