Teenagers and young people

Our teenage years can be some of the most enjoyable but also some of the most challenging years of our lives.

Many young people struggle with how they feel, whether it’s understanding themselves, making choices, or problems with friends, family and school.

Exploring thoughts and feelings in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment can ease life’s challenges, help communication and build self-confidence, tackling issues such as:

·      Agoraphobia

·      Anxiety

·      Anger management

·      Attachment/Separation and Loss

·      Bereavement

·      Depression

·      Flash backs

·      Gender dysphoria

·      Lack of sleep

·      Low mood

·      Low self-esteem

·      Neurodiversity and Learning difficulties (incl. ASD, ADHD,
       Dyslexia, Delayed processing)

·      Night terrors

·      OCD (Obsessive compulsive disorder)

·      Panic attacks

·      PTSD/Trauma

·      Relationship problems

·      Self-Harm

·      Self identity

·      Sexual orientation

·      Shame and Guilt

·      Stress

·      Suicidal ideation

I offer short or long-term counselling, face to face, online and telephone.
